Consumer Direct Care Network

The Consumer Direct Care Network offers assistance and services to people and families of all ages, including kids, seniors, and people with disabilities, in order to help them maintain their independence, security, and health in their own homes. The network values each person's power and aptitude. The network's staff believes that by helping people take charge of their own care, both the individual's health and the growth of better, happier communities are enhanced.

I'm grateful for the chance to help a man who has the same condition as me. Although he is a few months younger than I am, he is capable of carrying out daily tasks. I'm responsible for taking care of his transportation needs, medical needs, desire for more interaction with the public, and general well-being.
