Fitness is life, and Navy JROTC embodies that. The goal is to remain in great shape, and to prepare you for the upcoming road ahead after high school. Whether you join the military or not, Fitness is an essential part to life. The Physical Fitness Training Team (PT Team) trains throughout the year to be in top shape, and will compete in PF competitions in all forms of exercises such as Running, Push Ups, Curl Ups, and Pull Ups.
Exercising at home is as important as training at the school, and will give you an advantage in the long run. You have a goal of 100 Push-Ups, 100 Curl-Ups and a Mile Run Everyday. Ask for help on a Routine, or create your own!
