Pursuant to Section 36.1 of the IRR of R.A. No. 11223, Universal Health Care Act, this JAO sets the Standards Conformance and Interoperability Validation (SCIV) as compliance monitoring mechanism of health information systems and eHealth solutions. Applies to all public and private, national and local health care providers and insurers.
