DOH-DILG-PHIC Joint Administrative Order No. 2021-0001 entitled "Guidelines on the Implementation of Telemedicine in the Delivery of Individual-Based Health Services"
Pursuant to Section 18.1 of the IRR of R.A. No. 11223, the UHC Act, institutionalizes telemedicine as integral to the delivery of individual-based health services. Covers all public and private, national and local health care providers, medical associations and specialty societies, pharmaceutical outlets, telemedicine service providers, LGUs, main and branch offices of DOH, DILG, PhilHealth, FDA, DICT, PRC, NPC, UP Manila - National TeleHealth Center, and others concerned.
This MC, signed by Undersecretary of Health Lilibeth David, was issued to aid the promulgation of the JAO.
