DOH-PHIC Joint Administrative Order (JAO) No. 2020-0001, "Guidelines on the Registration of Filipinos to a Primary Care Provider"

The JAO was developed pursuant to R.A. No. 11223, Universal Health Care Act, in particular, Sections 6.6 and 6.7 of the implementing rules and regulations.

The Order applies to all offices of the DOH, PhilHealth, public and private primary care providers (PCPs), LGUs, and others concerned.

This MC, signed by Undersecretary of Health Lilibeth David, was issued to aid the promulgation of the JAO.
