The Office for Field Operations System Management (FOSM) shall be responsible for the overall oversight and enabling of the DOH's Centers for Health Development to effectively and efficiently guide local governments in managing disease prevention and control programs, activities, projects. Select personnel from Disease Prevention and Control Bureau and the FICT's Public Health Operations Center are reassigned to the FOSM.
