Guidelines on the Implementation and Maintenance of an Integrated Health Information System
Pursuant to R.A. No. 11223, the UHC Act, in particular Sections 31 and 36, as well as the Governance and Accountability Rule of the IRR, addresses the fragmentation of the health system with the implementation of an integrated and interoperable health information system. Among others identified, primarily addresses health care providers and insurers who are mandated to submit data and reports to the DOH and PhilHealth.
