The DOH Data Collect is a set of Android-based mobile applications, which has modules to monitor health systems capacity in the COVID-19 response. This issuance specifies monitoring areas of different offices through the DDC, and provides a workflow for data collection, analysis, systems maintenance, and coordination with concerned areas and facilities.
