Guidelines on the Sub-allotment and Disbursement of Funds to DOH Hospitals for the Operations of Health Facility Development Units (HFDU)
DOH Hospital Chiefs are to ensure that their HFDUs are operational. The hospitals may hire additional personnel using the sub-allotment. The HFDU staff are expected to ensure data requests and reports are delivered to HFDB.
This Order follows after D.O. No. 2020-0484, issued August 19, 2020, "Guidelines on the Sub-allotment and Disbursement of Funds for Hiring of Health Facility Development Unit (HFDU) Counterparts in Department of Health (DOH) Hospitals."
The HFDUs were first established in the CHDs and MOH-BARMM per A.O. No. 2019-0031.
