Interim Guidelines for Health Facilities in Transition to the Endemic Phase of COVID-19

Addressed to DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, chiefs and directors of health facilities, and others concerned, aims to provide guidance across the health care provider networks on the transition to the endemic phase of COVID-19; applies to all public and private health facilities, TTMFs, and modular facilities. Includes annexes on directions on health facilities in the transition and endemic phases, new monitoring indicators, and infection and prevention control measures to be institutionalized.
