Phased Implementation of the Prohibition on the Unnecessary Use of Single-Use Plastics in Hospitals, Other Health Facilities, and DOH Offices

Addressed to DOH executives, directors of bureaus, services, CHDs, specialty hospitals, BARMM Ministry of Health, chiefs of health facilities, and others concerned, in accordance to Resolution No. 1363, Series of 2020 by the National Solid Waste Management Commission, "Resolution Directing the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) to Prepare and Implement the Banning of the Use of Unnecessary Single-Use Plastics by National Government Agencies (NGAs), Local Government Units (LGUs) Offices and All Other Government Controlled Offices."
