Dissemination of Health Facility ICD-11 Transition Readiness Self-Assessment Tool for Identified Health Facilities
Addressed to all heads of the identified facilities, following the official WHO endorsement of the 11th revision of the International Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD-11). The Inter-Agency Technical Working Group, to ensure a smooth transition, is conducting a transition readiness self-assessment as initial step. Includes link to the online tool.
