Observance of the National Infection Prevention and Control Week Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 971
Addressed DOH executives, directors of Centers for Health Development, bureaus, services, and specialty centers, Ministry of Health of BARMM, chiefs of government and private health facilities, and others concerned. Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 971, series of 2020, which declared the second of July as National Infection Prevention and Control Week, and every second Saturday of July as Surgical Infection Prevention Awareness Day, the theme for this year is "IPC Week 2021: Breaking the Infection Chain for Patients and Frontliners."
