On April 29, 2022, the President approved and signed the Republic Act No. 11721. Section 3 of the Act directs the issuance of the necessary rules and regulations for its implementation. The IRR shall be in accordance with R.A. No. 11223, the Universal Health Care Act, which ensures that all Filipinos have equitable access to quality health care and goods.
