On April 16, 2022, the President approved and signed R.A. No. 11705. Section 4 of this Act provides for its implementation through the inclusion of its funding requirements in the DOH’s programs. The Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Act shall also be in accordance with the goals of UHC Act, which ensures that all Filipinos have equitable access to quality health care goods and services.
