On April 29, 2022, the President signed and approved the R.A. No. 11715. Section 5 provides for the implementation of the Act through the DOH’s programs and appropriations. The IRR shall also be in accordance with R.A. No. 11223, the Universal Health Care (UHC) Act, which ensures that all Filipinos have equitable access to quality health care goods and services.
