The new IRR of R.A. No. 7850 aligns with the hospital’s development plan, consistent with the directions for DOH hospitals in the Philippine Health Facility Development Plan (PHFDP) 2020-2040, and in accordance with R.A. No. 11223, Universal Health Care (UHC) Act, which ensures that all Filipinos have equitable access to quality health care goods and services.
