The HFDB shall be responsible in aligning health facility policies and standards to the National Antimicrobial Stewardship and Pharmacovigilance Programs, and in defining the monitoring framework for implementation and management of hospital pharmacy services, infection prevention and control, and patient safety, including medication safety practices.
