On June 24, 2021, the President signed into law R.A. No. 11563. Section 5 of the Act provides for the DOH to promulgate its implementing rules and regulations. This Order sets the IRR of R.A. 11564, and includes the operations and management of MHARSMC and implementation of the Act.
