New Rules of Procedure in Handling Administrative Disciplinary Complaints in the Department of Health

Shall apply to administrative disciplinary complaints filed by any person against the officers or employees of the DOH -- central office units, CHDs, DOH-retained hospitals, sanitaria, and TRCs. New rules of procedures issued for a systematic, expeditious disposition of administrative complaints.
