Pursuant to R.A. No. 11223, the UHC Act, i.e., the duty of the State to ensure health services reach the financially incapable. Aligned with PhilHealth's Point of Service and related Circulars, and R.A. No. 11463, the Malasakit Centers Act. Applies to all government and private hospitals, infirmaries, DATRCs, and other facilities that require a patient's financial capability.
