Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 11497, "An Act Increasing the Bed Capacity of Las Pinas General Hospital and Satellite Trauma Center in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila from Two Hundred (200) to Five Hundred (500) Beds, Upgrading its Professional Health Care Services and Facilities, and Appropriating Funds Therefor"
On November 13, 2020, the President signed into law R.A. No. 11497. Section 6 of this Act provides for the promulgation of its implementing rules and regulations.
This Order sets the Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. No. 11497 and shall include the operations and management of LPGHSTC.
