Pursuant to Sections 29.5 to 29.7 of the implementing rules and regulations of R.A. No. 11223, Universal Health Care Act, this Order sets the standards for basic or ward and non-basic accommodation in all hospitals.

These standards shall serve as guide for developing policies for no co-payment in basic or ward accommodation, and with co-payment for non-basic accommodation, to ensure quality, affordable in-patient care for all Filipinos.
