Guidelines in Public Access to Public Information of All Health Services and Goods in Health Facilities in the Philippines
Pursuant to R.A. No. 11223, the UHC Act, and Section 28.16 of its IRR, these Guidelines aim to ensure the price list of all health services and goods being offered in hospitals and other health facilities are accessible and available to the public and the patients.
This Order applies to all government and private hospitals and other health facilities, and forms part of requirements for the renewal of License to Operate or Certificate of Accreditation beginning 2022.
