DESCRIPTION: The development of a Standardized Client Experience Survey serves as a support to the Administrative Order (AO) No. 2020-0003, "Strategic Framework on the Adoption of Integrated People-Centered Health Services (IPCHS) in All Health Facilities." This aims to improve the responsiveness of health facilities to the needs of their clients through adopting the perspectives of individuals, families, and communities.
