NAME: Health Facility Development Bureau (HFDB) Team Building

DESCRIPTION: In the remaining year for F1 Plus for Health, the DOH’s flagship program towards achieving Universal Health Care, cooperation and collaboration in the HFDB and among its partners and stakeholders are expected more than ever to deliver the Bureau’s strategic commitments such as in enabling health care provider networks, primary care providers, and patient-centered health services. At the beginning of 2022, the HFDB Management Committee directed the organizing of a team enhancement intervention to improve effectiveness of the personnel’s communicative behavior, interpersonal relationships, and team work abilities in a scenario that is transitioning to a new normal.
