FULL TITLE OF THE GPPA: Consultative Meeting on the National Incident Reporting System for Patient Safety Policy

DESCRIPTION: Aligned with the Universal Health Care Act and the Global Patient Safety Action Plan, according to commitments under the National Policy on Patient Safety in Health Facilities and the National Patient Safety Program Strategic Plan 2023 to 2028, this multi-stakeholder consultative meeting aims to gather and consolidate inputs on the proposed design, data elements, and reporting workflow for the Patient Safety Events Reporting Optimization System (PSEROS) that shall address gaps such as inconsistent institutionalization of incident reporting, and underreporting driven by fear of blame and legal repercussions.
