FULL TITLE OF THE GPPA: Assessment Visit for Additional Specialty Designation in Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center
DESCRIPTION: Republic Act No. 11959 mandates national specialty centers (NSCs) to provide specialty training, technical assistance, and capacity building. Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center as national specialty center for trauma care shall assess the Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center based on required standards for potential eligibility to be designated as additional trauma care specialty center. (Reference: Department Personnel Order No. 2026-2813, "Authority for Selected Personnel of Jose R.
