DESCRIPTION: The Strategic Plan for the Health Information Management Department (HIMD) of hospitals under the Integrated Hospital Operations and Management Program (IHOMP) shall define key objectives and priority activities that will strengthen the hospital HIMDs nationwide, thereby enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of its service delivery.
