DESCRIPTION: The strategic plan to be developed under the Integrated Hospital Operations and Management Program (IHOMP) shall define key objectives and priority activities that will strengthen the Pharmacy Department in hospitals nationwide, thereby enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of their service delivery (Reference: Department Personnel Order No. 2026-1292, "Authority for Select Department of Health Officials and Personnel to Attend the Strategic Planning for Hospital Pharmacy Management on May 19-21, 2026 in Metro Manila (exclusive of travel time)" dated February 27, 2026)
