FULL TITLE OF THE GPPA: FY 2026 Program Implementation Review for Specialty Centers
DESCRIPTION: To assess implementation progress, share best practices, and identify operational challenges among key stakeholders in July 2026, including the participation of the 17 technical working groups and steering committee created per Department Personnel Order No. 2024-4977 to ensure effective implementation and sustained progress of Republic Act No. 11959, Regional Specialty Centers Act, as anchored also on the Philippine Health Facility Development Plan 2020-2040 (as was endorsed per Memorandum Circular No. 26, s. 2023). (Reference: Department Order No. 2026-0148, "Guidelines for the Sub-Allotment and Utilization of Funds to National Children's Hospital for the Conduct of Program Implementation Review for Specialty Centers for Fiscal Year 2026" dated February 25, 2026)
