FULL TITLE OF THE GPPA: Capacity Building for Chiefs of Allied Health Professional Service on Governance
DESCRIPTION: HFDB aims to capacitate on existing standards and policies on the management of pharmacy, nutrition and dietetics, health information, and medical social workers, and procedures in hospitals; this activity to be held on October 27 to 29, 2026 shall enhance governance skills of the chiefs of allied health professional service as leaders, who shall guide their teams in sustaining a quality health care delivery system, who shall correctly manage limited resources to meet increasingly complex health needs and demands, and who shall motivate health personnel while steering their behaviors towards the system’s goals, and drive the transition towards more decentralized, inter-organizational, and people-centered care models.
