FULL TITLE OF THE GPPA: Workshop on the Development of a System of Consolidating Reports on the Psychosocial Profile and Narrative Report
DESCRIPTION: The workshop to be held on September 8 to 10, 2026 shall develop a reporting system that consolidates the psychosocial profiles and narrative reports of Medical Social Work Departments in hospitals, and that shall facilitate data collection and analysis for use in policy and program development at the hospital and national levels. (Reference: Department Order No. 2026-0095, "Guidelines for the Sub-Allotment and Utilization of Funds to National Children's Hospital (NCH) for the Workshop on the Development of a System of Consolidating Reports on the Psychosocial Profile and Narrative Report" dated February 12, 2026)
