FULL TITLE OF THE GPPA: National Infection Prevention and Control Summit
DESCRIPTION: With the theme “IPC Champions: Leading the Way to Safer Healthcare,” the Summit aims to provide a platform for sharing evidence-based IPC practices and innovations, presenting updates on national IPC policies and initiatives, identifying implementation challenges and solutions, and fostering peer learning and collaboration. Through this Summit, the DOH seeks to strengthen the national IPC community of practice and affirm IPC as an organizational leadership priority, an essential for realizing safe, resilient, and high-performing healthcare systems under Universal Health Care. (Reference: Department Personnel Order No. 2025-6105, "Authority for DOH Officials and Personnel to Attend the National Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Summit on September 10-11, 2025, in Hotel Lucky Chinatown, Binondo, Manila (Exclusive of Travel Time)" dated August 15, 2025)
