FULL TITLE OF THE GPPA: Workshop on ISO 15189 for Selected DOH Clinical Laboratories Batch 2
DESCRIPTION: The workshop primarily aims to orient and promote the adoption of ISO 15189 among selected DOH hospital clinical laboratories. Conformance with these standards will enhance the competence and credibility of these laboratories, enabling them to comply with existing laws and regulations and deliver high-quality laboratory services, in line with the objectives of the Philippine Health Laboratory System. (Reference: Department Memorandum No. 2025-0360, "Invitation to the 'Workshop on ISO 15189 for Selected DOH Clinical Laboratories Batch 2' on September 9-11, 2025 (Exclusive of Travel Time) in CALABARZON" dated August 13, 2025)
