FULL TITLE OF THE GPPA: Workshop on the Development of the National Essential Diagnostic List
DESCRIPTION: National Essential Diagnostics List (NEDL) shall be a strategic document aligned with the World Health Organization’s (WHO) recommendations for countries to improve access to appropriate, affordable, and quality-assured diagnostic tools, and shall guide the procurement and regulation of essential diagnostics across various levels of the healthcare system. This workshop shall serve as a venue to discuss drafting of a national policy and implementation guidelines to ensure the legal basis for the implementation and monitoring of the NEDL. (Reference: Department Personnel Order No. 2025-4617, "Authority for Select Personnel of the Department of Health (DOH) and Food and Drug Administration to Attend the Workshop on the Development of the National Essential Diagnostic List on July 29 - 30, 2025 (Inclusive of Travel Time) in CALABARZON" dated July 1, 2025)
