DESCRIPTION: As part of its mandate to oversee the HFEP, the PBUR to be conducted by the HRFDC among the Centers for Health Development, hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers in Areas III and IV (Visayas and Mindanao) aims to assess the HFEP's performance and budget utilization efficiency in fulfilling its mandate, and to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in its operations and management.
