• FULL TITLE OF GPPA: Writeshop on the Finalization of the Public Health Unit Manual of Operations

• DESCRIPTION: In order to streamline the Public Health Unit (PHU) operations in the hospital, a Technical Working Group was created for the crafting of the PHU Manual of Operations, which shall elaborate the PHU's functions per the Universal Health Care Act, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, the DOH A.O. No. 2020-0019 (as amended), and the Revised Organizational Structure and Staffing Standards for Level III General Hospitals (2022 Edition), as well as provide guidance on the services, human resources, and other requirements necessary for the PHU's operations. The TWG's draft Manual followed a series of meetings, hospital site visits, document reviews.
