DESCRIPTION: From its unobligated FY 2023 Continuing Appropriations, the Health Facilities Enhancement Program shall sub-allot funds for the procurement of various medical equipment urgently needed and requested by select CHD and DOH hospitals (Reference: Department Order No. 2024-0400, "Guidelines on the Sub-allotment and Utilization of Funds to Western Visayas Center for Health Development (WV-CHD) and Selected DOH Hospitals for the Procurement of Various Medical Equipment Under HFEP 2023 CONAP" dated September 24, 2024)
