DESCRIPTION: As part of RITM's conduct of activities in response to mpox as a public health emergency of international concern, the procurement shall ensure mpox testing in RITM's special pathogens laboratory, and expand access to mpox testing by capacitating sub=national laboratories. (Reference: Department Order No. 2024-0370, "Guidelines on the Sub-Allotment and Utilization of Funds to Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM) for the Conduct of Mpox-Related Activities" dated September 6, 2024)
