DESCRIPTION: An in-house learning and development intervention that was planned in the second quarter of the year, and intended to address the improvement of quality processes and work instructions in the provision of learning and development interventions as HFDB programs and services to clients and stakeholders, for the attendance of HFDB personnel in technical positions, and ISO 9001 Internal Quality Audit and Learning and Development Teams.
