• FULL TITLE OF GPPA: Capacity Building on Green and Safe Health Facilities

• DESCRIPTION: Department Memorandum No. 2023-0252, "Adherence to the Guidelines on the Green and Safe Health Facilities Requirements Integration of Climate and Disaster Resilient Measures in the Construction of Health Facilities" provides guidance to the policies and standards in ensuring that newly constructed and renovated/upgraded health facilities comply with climate- and disaster-resilient measures in alignment with the Philippine Health Facility Development Plan’s vision of a climate-resilient and environmentally sustainable health system for Universal Health Care.

This capacity building's participants are Health Facility Development Units and Health Facilities Enhancement Program personnel of the Center for Health Development, who shall cascade the standards to the health facilities of their respective areas, and shall lead in implementation of the Green Viability Assessment System.
