DESCRIPTION: In order to strengthen the laboratory network in the regions, technical assistance shall be provided to the Center for Health Development - Northern Mindanao in preparation for the planning and development of its Regional Public Health Laboratory (RPHL), including guidance in assessing the gaps in the establishment, sustainability and functionality of the RPHL.
