DESCRIPTION: With the HRFDC as the oversight cluster head, the PBUR (Batch 1) assesses MPO's and HFEP's performance and budget utilization efficiency vis-a-vis fulfilling their respective mandates; aims to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in their operations and budget management processes. Through the PBUR, HRFDC ensures transparency, accountability, and effectiveness in the utilization of resources allocated to the said offices.
