FULL TITLE OF GPPA: Procurement and Implementation of Infrastructure Projects, Medical Equipment and Motor Vehicle

DESCRIPTION: The approved fund for the implementation of the Health Facilities Enhancement Program (HFEP) in the FY 2024 GAA is allotted for the construction, upgrading or expansion of government health care facilities, and for the acquisition of medical equipment and medical transport vehicles. The fund prioritizes the Universal Health Care sites and the geographically-isolated and disadvantaged areas, the upgrading of facilities for COVID-19, and the equipping and construction of ongoing projects; HFEP includes funds for transfer to the MSU Maguindanao Infirmary Hospital.
