FULL TITLE OF GPPA: Constructors’ Performance Evaluators Accreditation Training
DESCRIPTION: The training on the Constructors’ Performance Evaluation System (CPES) is conducted by the Health Facilities Enhancement Program to capacitate DOH personnel with knowledge and skills necessary in the monitoring and evaluation of government infrastructure projects. The CPES is a uniform rating system used to assess the performance of contractors based on a set of criteria, and the evaluation is done at certain stages during the actual construction of projects and upon their completion. (Reference: Department Order No. 2024-0138, "Guidelines on the Sub-allotment and Utilization of Funds to Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center for the Conduct of the Constructors’ Performance Evaluators Accreditation Training" dated April 11, 2024).
