FULL TITLE OF GPPA: Training on Greenhouse Gas Emissions Assessment with Philippine Hospitals
DESCRIPTION: With technical assistance from Heath Care Without Harm and Asian Development Bank, one asynchronous online training session, and two batches of two-day face-to-face synchronous sessions to meet the DOH's commitment to establish the baseline of the country's greenhouse gas emissions in the health sector as stated in the 28th Conference of Paties on the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, complementing with the DOH's Green and Safe Health Facilities Manual and Green Viability Assessment tool, the main guidance document and tool for hospitals in the country in planning and implementing sustainability and climate resilience initiatives.
