DESCRIPTION: With reference to initial orientation meetings per Department Memorandum No. 2023-0244, for the attendance of Health Facility Development Units (HFDU), Regulatory, Licensing and Enforcement Divisions (RLED), and City/Provincial DOH Offices (C/PDOHO), the follow-up meeting shall address the HFP monitoring accounts for Centers for Health Development and BARMM Ministry of Health, the progress of HFP implementation, and the challenges and concerns of stakeholders and health facilities (Reference: Department Memorandum No. 2024-0063, "Follow-up Meeting on the Implementation of the 2023 Health Facility Profiling System in All Government and Private Hospitals, Infirmaries, and Primary Care Facilities in the Philippines (DM 2023-0244)" dated February 5, 2024)
