FULL TITLE OF GPPA: Operations of the Health Facility Development Units and Regional Counterparts of the Office for Health Laboratories

DESCRIPTION: The HFDB sub-allots funds to the Centers for Health Development for the maintenance and other operating expenses of the HFDUs and the OHL's regional counterparts to ensure effective and efficient implementation of health facility development programs, standards, procedures, and systems, as guided by  Department Memorandum No. 2024-0003, “Deliverables of Centers for Health Development in Alignment with the 8-Point Action Agenda” dated January 3, 2024. (Reference: Department Order No. 2024-0030, "Guidelines on the Release and Utilization of the Sub-allotment of Funds  to the Centers for Health Development (CHDs) for the Operations of the Health Facility Development Units (HFDU) and Regional Counterparts of the Office for Health Laboratories (OHL)" dated February 6, 2024)
