FULL TITLE OF GPPA: Public Consultation of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 11959
DESCRIPTION: The HFDB's Technical Working Group for the crafting of the implementing rules and regulations of R.A. No. 11959 invites all concerned stakeholders in accordance with Section 10 of the Act, and towards the goal of establishing functional Specialty Centers in DOH hospitals in every region complete with appropriate services, human resources, infrastructure, equipment, and sustainable financing. (Reference: Department Personnel Order No. 2023-5788, "Creation of the Technical Working Group for the Crafting of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 11959, otherwise known as the 'Regional Specialty Centers Act'" dated September 25, 2023; and Department Circular No. 2023-0488, "Invitation to the Public Consultation of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 11959 on October 23, 2023, via WebEx" dated October 18, 2023).
